Agree that when the Speedwell and Roebuck, Fireships, are converted into Frigates they are to be established with 150 men and 26 guns each. Of these 26 guns, 22 are to be sakers of 12 or 13 pounds and for are to faucons of for hundredweight each.
After conversion the ships are to be borne as 5th Rates and are to be fitted out for service in the Channel and victualled for ten weeks.
