My Lord, Boadicea at sea, April 1, 1799.

I have the honor to inform your Lordship of the capture of a Third Privateer this cruize, by the Boadicea, viz. L'Utile, a very fine brig of 16 guns, 8-pounders, 10 of which are brass, and 120 men, quite new, and 3 weeks from Bordeaux.

I have the Honor to be, &c. &c. &c.

R. G. KEATS.
