My knowledge of naval history is sparse but wouldn't the taking of 12 ships have been particularly unusual and have been celebrated/mentioned more in naval history ? Threedecks also has the Despatch (slightly different spelling) also of Shoreham but I would have thought this is one and the same vessel? Thank you
