The following vessels, part of the fleet which sailed from Portsmouth in June last, under convoy of the Garland frigate, were lost at Martinique on the 7th of August; Elizabeth, or the Elize, for Martinique, a schooner for the same place; the John, for Tortola; and the Edward, for Honduras; all of London. [London Courier, 22 October 1801]
