Feb / Mar 1807 Blenheim 74 Captain Austin Bissell, R-Ad Thomas Troubridge and passenger Charles Fullerton Elphinstone RN with Java 32 founder of Rodrigues Island, Indian Ocean while en route from Madras to Cape Town with only the Harrier 18 Commander William Wilbraham arriving
