Lieutenant Young, of the Andromeda frigate, came home passenger, with dispatches, in the Minerva letter of marque, which was captured by the French on her voyage from the West Indies, and afterwards retaken by the Dart privateer, arrived at Dover on Saturday last, and immediately proceeded on to London.
