Portsmouth, 20 June 1801: The Severn is arrived at New York from Canton. On the 15th of January, in Molacca Roads, fell in with the British ships Centurion, Sybille, and Braave, of 40 guns each, and Victorious, of 74 guns. The first-mentioned ships were from Batavia, , having razed the blockade of that place. [Hampshire Telegraph, 22 June 1801]

This does not seem to accord with the sale of he Braave in 1825, but appears to be the same ship;

Plymouth, 11 April 1716: The Braave (late powder ship) is in dock, breaking up. [Hampshire Telegraph, 15 April 1816]
