Portsmouth, 24 February 1816: Captain the Hon A Maitland is appointed to the Glasgow, 40, at Chatham; Capt Harper to the Wye, at Sheerness. Lieut T Goble to be first Lieutenant of the Glasgow; Mr R Spencer to be Master of the Prince Regent yacht. [Hampshire Telegraph, 26 February 1816]
