Pierre Tersan , directeur des poudres , armateur du vaisseau du roi le Maure et de la fregate L'Espérance , surnommé la Geneviève , est autorisé , contre Pierre Le Maistre de Laporte , defaillant, à saisir les 15.000 livres du cautionnement de celui-ci a la banque et a nommer qui il voudra cornme capitaine de la frégate susdite (23 Sept 1710) .
